Pikobuy QC Photos in Plain Terms

Short answer: QC photos are pictures Pikobuy takes of your item after it reaches the warehouse, so you can see whether it matches your order before it is shipped. You approve items that match and hold any that do not.

Terms

QC (quality check). Here it simply means looking at photos of your actual item. It is not a laboratory test.

Approve. Telling Pikobuy the item can go into a parcel.

Hold. Keeping the item in the warehouse while you sort out a problem.

What to look at

When to hold

Hold an item when it clearly differs from the order or is damaged. Contact Pikobuy support through the order and point to the photo. An exchange (swapping for the right item) or a return (sending it back to the seller) may be possible, depending on the seller and Pikobuy's policies.

What photos cannot prove

They cannot prove a brand is genuine or confirm materials. They are a record of what arrived, not a guarantee from Pikobuy or from us. If you need more detail, ask whether extra photos are offered for your order and at what cost.

Next: shipping to Europe.
